How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Cylinder Maintenance Department in Bradford. The jobholder is required to build, inspect and refurbish cylinders and cylinder packs in accordance with the Inspection Standard ISO/IEC 17020, the Company’s Codes of Practice 9072 and BS EN - ISO 9001 Quality Management System

• Depressurise and de-valve cylinders


• Clean and brush cylinders


• Re-valve cylinders


• Paint cylinders


• Build multiple cylinder packs


• Ensure that cylinders are correctly sorted by size, colour code and pressure rating and stored safely.


• The CMD Operator will ensure that all required documentation is completed on a daily basis.

Are you a MATCH?

• Good understanding of mechanical engineering practices and tools.


• Able to interpret drawings, operating instructions and technical documents.


• Use of engineering measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers and optical inspection devices.


• Good standard of health and fitness (pre-employment medical).


• Good eye-sight (certified).


• Manual Handling training.
