Job Summary : We have a newly created role within our Design team, for a 3D specialist to help further develop our 3D offering in both AutoCAD and Revit. This role will have responsibility for producing high quality 3D Models for our customers and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
3D models, utilising both AutoCAD and Revit
3D drawings and BIM models
Detail the fabrication information on drawings and gather supplier information for equipment detail
Support and develop AutoCAD and Revit teams with 3D design capabilities
Discuss design issues with sales and project managers, working together to find practical solutions
Support the BIM and AutoCAD Managers with new ideas and improved ways of working which will promote a continuous improvement environment
Collaborate with other departments including sales and project management
Work collectively with the team to ensure both department and personal KPI’s are achieved
Manage personal workload and maintain delivery for deadlines.
Key Requirements:
Fully conversant in the use of 3D CAD and Revit
Ability to produce 3D models
Industry experience within commercial kitchen design, would be highly advantageous
Experience of working with Photoshop, Enscape and SketchUp would be highly advantageous
Comfortable working within a fast-paced business and meeting tight deadlines
Strong communication and ability to work as team player
Excellent attention to detail.
