Head of Digital Marketing
Salary : £60,000 - £70,000

Civitas Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic creative digital marketing agency that focus their efforts on the third sector and work with values-based organisations. Through their work they have managed to increase donations for charities as well increasing traffic to various charity’s websites. They specialise in crafting impactful digital marketing strategies, creative campaigns and comprehensive go-to-market plans. A fantastic opportunity exists for a Head of Digital Marketing to join the team. As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the agency’s digital strategy and drive impactful change for their clients. This is a full-time, permanent role, hybrid, located in Bradford.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies tailored to meet client objectives, leveraging various digital technologies and channels. You will have experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You will have a strong understanding of client stakeholder engagement and management, including acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic digital counsel, and cultivating strong relationships with media agencies, affiliate partners, and internal teams. Your broader experience will involve financial management, including managing digital project budgets, monitoring profitability, and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth. Experience in general management and contributing to the strategic direction and growth of a digital agency would be a bonus however it is not essential for the role.
