SRA Compliance Manager
Salary: £30,000+
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable SRA Compliance Manager to join our team. As an SRA Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to all applicable SRA rules, laws, regulations, and internal policies, promoting a culture of ethical conduct and integrity throughout the firm. Your expertise in legal compliance and attention to detail will play a vital role in safeguarding our reputation and maintaining our commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

Experience:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts in a clear and accessible manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify compliance issues and recommend effective solutions
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Integrity, ethical decision-making, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly the SRA conduct rules
Familiarity with compliance management systems, risk assessment tools, and reporting mechanisms.
