Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner


• Answering all initial enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments


• Managing front-of-house duties efficiently


• Ensuring the reception area is well-presented at all times


• Supporting the team with any other administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is desirable


• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner


• Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to multitask effectively


• A positive attitude and proactive approach to work
