Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer insight strategies to enhance business decision-making.


• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and satisfaction levels.


• Analyse customer data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Present key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence business strategies.


• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure customer insights are effectively integrated into company initiatives.


• Manage external research agencies and oversee the delivery of research projects.


• Utilise data analytics tools and customer feedback platforms to extract meaningful insights.


• Monitor customer trends and competitor activity to provide proactive recommendations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer insight, research, or data analytics role.


• Strong understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and customer behaviour trends.


• Experience in managing research projects and working with external research agencies.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.


• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
