It’s a new position for someone to make their own and develop with the business.
My client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator within a busy supply chain environment and soft business development skills to join their fun, commercial team.
On offer is a great salary – this role would suit someone with a strong customer service or account management background. The role will also involve stock management alongside the warehouse so you would need to be available to visit the warehouse daily for any needs of the customer, manage goods in invoices and make sure all stock is allocated onto the system that has arrived in the warehouse for this department

You will be required to manage your time efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment and engage with the existing team whilst delivering a professional approach with suppliers.
Ensuring the daily completion of a variety of sales orders, provide quotations, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers for samples.
Monitoring stock levels.
You will be responsible for updating all the sample and purchase orders on the bespoke in-house software.
o Ensure all sales orders can be assessed to despatch to clients.
o Arrange for samples to be sent to customers.
o Set-up, manage and follow through all quotations and sales order administration onto systems to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

The role brings other internal support if needed within the customer service and quality teams.
This is very much driven by customer service and relationship building.
