CMM Quality Technician (Mornings) - #1658941

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global automotive manufacturer in West Yorkshire who are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest manufacturing standards by conducting precise audits, inspections, and reporting non-conformances efficiently. You will play a key part in supporting the production process, maintaining safety standards, and upholding compliance with company policies.

This role is on permanent mornings (6am-2pm).

• Accurate and timely completion of Gauge and Machine / Capability Studies


• Programming and operating Zeiss & Mitutoyo CMM and Hommel Formline / Roundscan


• Measuring products and tooling using conventional instruments


• Conducting effective manufacturing process and product audits


• Reporting non-conformances clearly and concisely


• Supporting shop floor operations with front-end problem-solving (Containment)


• Performing timely and accurate sample inspections

I'm keen to speak to experienced Quality Technicians with the following skillset:

• Experienced in CMM preferably Zeiss Calypso / Mitutoyo COSMOS


• Understanding Engineering Drawings


• Understanding measuring techniques


• Experienced SAP User (preferred)


• Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
