You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a Service Coordinator to their growing business.
In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to customers over the telephone, identifying the equipment, and coordinating engineers' schedules.
The Role:
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Identify problems
- Organise/schedule engineers' diaries
The Person:
- Experience in technical support or coordination
- Happy speaking to customers over the phone
