We’re looking for a skilled Manual Machinist with horizontal milling/boring experience to join our clients expert team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reworking and manufacturing components to drawing specs


• Performing routine machine maintenance and safety checks


• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised


• Getting stuck into continuous improvement and learning new skills


• Upholding high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with horizontal milling/boring (or similar) – essential


• Apprenticeship training? Great-but not a deal-breaker


• Sharp eye for detail and quality craftsmanship


• Good literacy and numeracy


• Team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic


• Health & Safety conscious with correct PPE use

Working Hours

• 
  Mon-Thurs: 07:00-16:30


• 
  Friday: 07:00-12:00 (hello, long weekends!)

What You’ll Get

• Competitive pay: £14.50 – £17.00 per hour
  


• Overtime at 1.5x after 39 hours
