About The Role

Elevate Supply is currently working with a welcoming primary school in the BD4 area of Bradford, rated Good by Ofsted. The school has a warm, inclusive ethos and a strong commitment to providing high-quality education for all its pupils.

We’re looking for a passionate and adaptable Year 4 Supply Teacher to step in and deliver engaging lessons, supporting pupils' progress and well-being in the absence of their regular class teacher. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable experience, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering fun, engaging and purposeful lessons to Year 4 pupils
• Following the existing curriculum and adapting lesson plans where needed
• Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and good behaviour
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress
• Building positive relationships with students, staff and families
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensuring safeguarding and student well-being at all times
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2—ideally Year 4
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Flexible, reliable, and confident in adapting to new classroom settings
