The school itself is a through school and so the role could require you to work with range of age groups (EYFS/ Early Years Foundation Stage/ KS1/ Key Stage 1/ KS2/ Key stage 2/ KS3/ Key Stage 3/ KS4/ Key Stage 4).

The school is looking to take on a nurturing and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate will be required to effectively help students self-regulate. All students attending the school have an EHCP in place. Behaviour Support Workers will be expected to engage with a wide array of SEN from ADHD, Autism Downs syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. At times Physical Intervention may be required and so the ideal Behaviour Support Worker would be required to have up to date Team Teach Training. The role is paramount to the day-to-day operation of the school however it also very rewarding and is vital to re-engaging students with their learning. This is an exciting role where no two days will be the same.

The Successful Behaviour Support Worker will have:

• TA level 2 or above
• Team Teach Training (In date)
• Excellent behaviour management
• Ability to employ nurturing strategies
