What does success look like? You will be expected offer creative solutions following best practises and procedures. Working as part of a team to ensure work is completed on time and to the standards set.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow the training plan set by your line manager to develop your creative skills and technical knowledge
Provide adaptive design solutions to meet the client briefs and to support your colleagues
Follow the direction of the creative leads and your colleagues, while offering interesting solutions where appropriate
Develop a working knowledge of the print processes and develop the ability to work with artwork files, cutter guides and brand guidelines to ensure your adaptive designs are fit for purpose
Ensure the creation of your design work/files meets the criteria set by our creative and production teams
Learn and follow client brand guidelines
Self-monitor work in progress liaising with senior members of the team to ensure it meets quality, time & cost standards in line with brief objectives and budgets
Have fun and produce the best work you canWhat we are looking for:
A creative thinker, excited by retail and brand design
Excellent attention to detail with an eye for consistency
Experience with Adobe programmes especially Illustrator and Photoshop
A desire to learn with the ability to pick up new skills, processes & systems quickly
A confident communicator
A driven individual with a passion for success
