Slitting Operator - #1746051

We are in search of a Slitting Machine Operator to join our client, a respected company situated in Bradford.

In this position, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of machines. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in slitting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating machinery, including adjustments to knives, tensions, and speeds.
• Adhering to quality control regulations to ensure product excellence.
• Conducting routine machinery maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO/BRC regulations.
• Loading raw materials onto machinery and unloading finished products.
• Monitoring the operation of machinery.

Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to rotating day shifts, covering mornings and afternoons.
• Working Morning & Afternoon shift rotating 6-2/2-10
