Management Accountant – Leeds | Hybrid (3 days from home)We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to join a fast-paced, growing organisation that plays a key role in supporting public services across the UK.What you’ll be doing:Monthly management accounts (revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments, etc.)Balance sheet reconciliations & variance analysis
Financial reporting & ad-hoc analysis
Supporting external audit processes
Working cross-functionally with finance, operations & external stakeholders
What you’ll bring:1+ year post-qualified experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Confident communicator & collaborator
Excel-savvy & systems literate
Solutions-focused and detail-oriented
