The RoleAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading strategic sales efforts across the UK market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to prospect, engage, and close complex enterprise deals, while working closely with internal teams to shape and refine the GTM motion. Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
Lead strategic discovery and create value-driven solutions for senior stakeholders
Use storytelling and challenger techniques to communicate impact
Leverage structured methodologies such as MEDDIC throughout the sales process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer SuccessMaintain strong forecast accuracy and operate with urgency and ownership
What Does Success Look Like? Building a healthy outbound-driven pipeline, consistently exceeding quota, and delivering long-term value for enterprise customers.What You’ll Bring:5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experienceA proven track record of exceeding monthly and/or quarterly targets
Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Data, Ops)Strong outbound prospecting and PG campaign skills
Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)Excellent storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skills
Degree calibre with a curious, structured, and high-performance mindset
