What You'll Do:

As our Medical Bookings Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently while ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and friendly communication with patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and update patient records in our system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Problem Solving: Address any scheduling conflicts or patient inquiries promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other departments to facilitate patient flow and enhance overall service delivery.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical or administrative role is essential - either in a public or private sector
  • Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software; familiarity with medical booking systems is a plus!
