You’ll thrive here if you’re confident in your knowledge of regulations and enjoy hands-on involvement in operational safety. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Develop, review, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies.
Deliver training and support to staff on health and safety practices. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective action. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and ISO 45001 & ISO14001 standards.
RequirementsProven experience in Health, Safety and Environmental for Manufacturing (Heavy Manufacturing preferred). NEBOSH certifiedStrong knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001Driving licence, for travel to sister companyLocation: Leeds areaPermanentPay: £35k - £40k + BenefitsWorking Hours: 0730-1630 Mon-Thurs, 0730-1230 FriBenefits: Holidays, Pension, Employee discounts and perks.
