As a Payment Solutions Specialist at Fibonatix, you’ll identify and engage potential merchants, present tailored payment solutions, and manage the entire sales journey—from the first contact through to onboarding. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and qualify prospective merchants to promote Fibonatix’s payment services
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding
Deliver a consultative experience, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process
Represent Fibonatix at industry events, trade shows, and conferences when required
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
Share merchant and market feedback to inform product and process improvements
Skills & ExperienceProven experience in sales- at least 1 year
Payments industry experience- an advantage
Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively
Skilled negotiator, commercially minded, and results-driven
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely
