Data Protection Associate Manager - Exciting Consultancy! A dynamic consultancy based across the UK and Europe is looking for a new Data Protection Manager to assist with their wide range of health-tech, med-tech, and bio-tech clients based across Europe. You will be working directly with the Co-Founder as you lead in this start-up environment.
The Role:You will be assisting a variety of clients in the healthcare space, either as their DPO or on specific niche projects such as on AI use. Provide advice to businesses on different aspects of data protection from DPIAs to RoPA, and OneTrust implementation. Navigating complex privacy regulations such as the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, CPRA, Swiss FDAP, and the AI Act.
Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other global privacy laws
Organize and conduct privacy trainings for internal teams and clients
Successful candidates will have:Extensive experience working in data protection, across the UK and Europe as your clients will be across the EU.Confidence working autonomously and efficiently as you will be fully remote. Experience with OneTrust and Microsoft Notion. Someone who is intelligent, curious, and passionate about the work they do.
Experience in health-techs/clinical trials/AI application to patient data. Ideally, experience working on business development. You must have the right to work Europe or the UK.Candidates without health-tech/healthcare OR consulting experience will not be considered at this time.
