? About the Role We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time position for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting the financial advice profession
You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our partners’ businesses – from building advice sets to performing key tax calculations, policy analysis, and business submissions. You’ll also be helping ensure their advice processes remain efficient, compliant, and client-focused
Key Responsibilities As a Technical Administrator, your tasks may include:
Preparing and reviewing client policy information
Carrying out tax and product comparisons and calculations
Producing key documentation such as advice sets, illustrations, and business submission packs
Conducting compliance checks and liaising with advisers on outstanding requirements
Managing CRM systems and client data
Supporting pipeline processes and performance reporting
You’ll work closely with paraplanners, administrators, and Partner Success Managers to deliver seamless support and exceptional service
? What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Experience in financial services, especially in a support or compliance role
Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing data
Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with industry tools such as IO, Dynamic Planner, or similar platforms is advantageous
