If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support administrator to join a successful fashion brand
In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to retail teams, ensuring smooth store operations and effective communication between head office and retail teams. You'll help coordinate resources, track performance, and support the rollout of company initiatives across the retail division. You'll also work closely with the UK Retail Support Manager to resolve operational issues and ensure all stores are aligned with company standards and best practices
Retail Support Administrator Responsibilities:
Ensure retail teams and concessions have a reliable point of contact
Resolve queries promptly via phone, email, or other platforms
Maintain strong communication between retail teams and head office departments, including People, Health & Safety, Merchandising, and Marketing
Provide administrative support across the retail estate
Accurately track stock transfers and deliveries, keeping daily spreadsheets up to date
Record and manage delivery discrepancies, uniform orders, and faulty goods reports
Process orders efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail teams and interdepartmental colleagues
Effectively communicate updates to retail teams through platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all stores
Contribute to the weekly newsletter with insights and updates
Support regional and area managers as needed, including providing relief cover when required
Retail Support Administrator Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative office support role
Strong administration and organisational skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
A team player with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, growing business
Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and confident using online communication platforms
