The Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse / Phlebotomist to join their specialist team, focusing on regenerative medicine and sexual rejuvenation. This individual will assist with a variety of procedures centered on sexual health, ensuring smooth clinical operations and providing top-tier patient care. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented nurse with excellent clinical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in phlebotomy
Comfortable working in both surgical and non-surgical sexual aesthetics with male and female patients
High standard of English (spoken and written) and numeracy
Proficient in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player, able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Immaculate professional appearance and demeanor
Role Responsibilities
Assist doctors during sexual rejuvenation and regenerative medicine procedures
Perform daily phlebotomy and blood sample collection
Ensure efficient appointment flow and provide outstanding patient service
Maintain treatment rooms, including pre- and post-treatment photography
Monitor and manage stock levels; handle supply requisitions
Deliver post-treatment care and support
Adhere strictly to clinical protocols, policies, and infection control standards
Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times
Report any medical concerns promptly to relevant clinicians
Contribute to the clinic’s CQC compliance and quality of care initiatives
Promote a collaborative, motivated team environment
