ABOUT THE ROLERESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media Management:Strategic Distribution: Ensure the effective distribution of our content to help us showcase our brand, our products and our partnerships across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn. Calendar Planning: Develop and execute content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and engaging presence on social media, aligning with brand campaigns, product launches, partnership activations and seasonal themes.

Brand Voice: Be our internal champion for ensuring our brand tone of voice is consistent across all platforms as we communicate our mission and vision. Performance Analysis: Use our social media management tools to track, measure, and analyze content performance metrics and KPIs, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions, to evaluate success and inform future content strategies and optimizations. Innovation & Development: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, best-in-class systems and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience and improve engagement and brand awareness.

Community Engagement:Engagement: Interact with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, reposting and celebrating user-generated content, fostering a sense of community and building brand advocacy. Relationship Building: Monitor channels and cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, brand advocates and community members to help us to identify opportunities to increase engagement and build brand loyalty. Community Events & Social Content Management: Event Awareness & Content distribution: Help amplify awareness and showcase our involvement in incredible events across our social channels, such as: Reflo branded events, Partner events and Internal Events ABOUT YOU4+ years of experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle or sports industries.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a proven track record of managing schedules of engaging content and growing social media followings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand narrative. Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling.

Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, start-up environment. An interest or understanding of developing creative using AI is a bonus. We will provide training in this as we see it as a big opportunity.
