Cyber Security Manager - #1774523

We’re growing our Cyber Security function and looking for a versatile Cyber Security Manager to support a wide range of initiatives. In this role, you’ll be involved in strategy, operations, compliance, and risk management helping us build a strong, secure foundation for the Morrisons Group.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing key areas of the cyber security programme
• Leading internal teams and working with third-party suppliers
• Supporting day to day operations as well as strategic security goals
• Producing reports and insights for the Security team and senior leaders
• Contributing to continuous improvement across all areas of cyber security

Success looks like:

• Objectives across security strategy and delivery are consistently met
• Supplier performance is effectively managed
• You’re seen as a go-to person for security knowledge and leadership

About You

You’re a well rounded cyber professional with experience across different areas of security. Whether it’s operations, compliance, or strategy and you’re confident, proactive, and thrive in a varied role.

You’ll also have:

• Broad cyber security experience across strategy, operations, and governance
• Experience managing projects, people, or suppliers
• A good understanding of risk, incident response, and regulatory frameworks
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
• A passion for improving security in a fast-moving retail business
