Join us! As we’re looking to hire a Travel Service Co-ordinator to join our Travel Services Team.
Reporting to the Jet2.com Travel Service Supervisor, the Travel Service Co-ordinator will be responsible to accurately book and record travel requirements for all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues ensuring a high quality, cost-conscious approach.
This is a full-time role working on a rostered shift basis – 4 days on and 4 days of including Bank Holidays. You will be rostered to work until 10pm during peak times.

What you'll be doing:
As a Travel Service Co-ordinator you will ensure that all booking requirements for Flight and Cabin Crew are booked in a timely manner and comply with company and industry regulations.
- Ensure that Business Travel requests for non-flying colleagues are booked in line with the Company Travel and Expenses policy
- A key part of the role will be to accurately record, manage and report all departmental spends
What you'll have:
- Effective decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- A genuine passion for delivering a VIP customer service our colleague’s and crew
- The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
