Print Finisher - #1776554

We are recruiting for a print finisher to join our client in Bradford on a full time permanent basis

Responsibilities;

• Operate a B1 Print Finishing Machine.
• Apply Emboss and Foil impressions to various types of cardboard/paper sheets.
• Set up to 6 different foil positions at any one time.
• Use die cutting forms to die cut full sheets.
• Make ready multiple dies in any one pass.
• Follow out in house quality checks, documenting any issues and archiving samples.
• Work with the production team to lay up sheets while considering customer demand, machine positioning, waste and efficiencies.
• Monitor consumable stock levels.
• Use Melonex files to align dies in the exact required position.
• Follow production schedules.
• Use Low-Res imagery to countercheck all finished product.
• Set machine temperatures/weight to suit bespoke dies/board.

You will be required to work morning and afternoons on a rotating pattern, weekly.
