QHSSE Advisor - relocate to Hong Kong - #1776733

Hargreaves Asia is seeking a motivated and capable QHSSE Advisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our QHSSE Management System across our regional operations. This is a key role for a proactive professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to ensure compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and contribute to the development of our QHSSE systems and practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a QHSSE Advisor, you will:Support the rollout and improvement of our QHSSE strategy and Integrated Management System. Assist in ensuring compliance with Hargreaves Group policies and relevant local/international regulations. Participate in QHSSE audits, inspections, and legal compliance checks.

Monitor and report on QHSSE performance using dashboards and data tools. Help identify and mitigate operational risks through planning and analysis. Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff and contractors.

Support ISO9001 and ISO45001 audit preparation and follow-up. Collaborate on the design and implementation of digital QHSSE tools. Learn from and be mentored by senior QHSSE professionals.

What We’re Looking ForEssential Experience & Skills:5+ years of experience in QHSSE, preferably in an international or multicultural setting. Exposure to construction, engineering, or industrial environments.

Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.

Desirable Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Quality, or a related field. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification. Experience supporting tender responses or project QHSSE planning.
