About the Role

As our next People Experience Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and enhancing digital employee experiences, including journeys, alerts, and communications. From fine-tuning system messages and supporting AI-powered tools, to launching new workflows in Oracle Fusion, your contributions will directly influence how colleagues interact with our People platforms. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Use data, feedback, and insight to understand what’s working—and what’s not—across our colleague journeys
• Design and optimise end-to-end employee journeys within Oracle Fusion, including smart alerts and comms that enhance the digital experience
• Partner with teams across the business to bring ideas to life—from early-stage thinking through to testing, rollout, and continuous improvement
• Be the voice of the colleague in transformation projects—ensuring their needs are embedded in every solution
• Collaborate with product owners and tech teams to enhance system functionality and support the adoption of AI-powered tools
• Define success measures and use them to track impact, learn, and evolve our approach

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about the future of work and how technology, data, and AI can transform the colleague experience. You will also have:

• Experience working with HR systems, digital platforms, or employee experience initiatives.

• Great communication and collaboration skills.
