Essential Requirements

• 5 GCSEs including English & Maths .
• Proven experience in an administrative setting.
• Right to work in the UK and clear Enhanced DBS check.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality.

• Proficiency in Management Information Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception duties, greeting visitors and handling queries.
• Maintain exemplary and accurate student records.
• Provide comprehensive clerical support to school business functions.
• Coordinate bookings for facilities, equipment, and refreshments.
• Undertake minuting for meetings and school committees.
• Support the arrangement of school trips and internal events.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and official correspondence.
• Update the school portal and Virtual Learning Environments.
• Assist with Health & Safety administration and compliance.
• Promote the values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, and Respect.
