Installation Electrician

£16.77ph, Bradford, permanent role no working away

We seek dedicated enthusiastic electricians for permanent position who want to develop their skills in industrial and commercial installation. You will be qualified to NVQ level 3 and hold your AM2 with hands on experience of commercial installation.

Your role as an Electrician will include:

• Working from block cable diagrams
• Electrical installation works
• Undertaking electrical testing prior to site installation
• Cable containment
• Installation of trucking and conduit.
• Installation of cable tray and dividers
• Pulling in armoured cable
• Installation of outdoor armoured cable glands
• Cable markers and identifiers
• Gland and connect control panels
• 1st fix accessories and building services
• 2nd fix accessories and building services
• Earthing and bonding

You will be:

• Ideally experience within an industrial or plant electrical installation or maintenance
• Worked with stainless steel conduit, basket and tray for containment of cables.
• Experienced in SWA armoured cables running and terminating
• Have ability to work as part of a team
• Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Have the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Have good communicator both written and verbally
• Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Min level 3, working toward AM2
