Sales Administrator - Bradford (BD4)
£26,500 per annum | Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday (8:45am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours)

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Bradford (BD4) who are looking to recruit a confident and organised Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office-based customer service or sales administration experience, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding service.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and maintaining high service standards. Your duties will include:

• Handling incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them onto internal systems
• Preparing and issuing customer quotes
• Processing orders from start to finish
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Providing customers with updates and resolving any queries
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role within an office environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM or order processing systems
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• A proactive and positive approach to work

• Salary of £26,500 per annum
• Full-time, permanent role
