Production / Assembly Operative - #2083788

We are recruiting for a production/assembly operative to join a thriving and growing business based in Bradford. 

This is a hands on role where attention to detail is critical.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing start up, set, operate and shut down of the machines in accordance with established procedures


• Ability to set and read digital measuring equipment


• Check line test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure correct working


• Check and cross reference job specifications to materials run


• Ensure stock levels are maintained to ensure continuous running of machines


• Record machine running parameters & settings within a data logging system


• A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach


• Plan for product and material changes


• Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up

Various hours available - 0600-1400 / 0800-1600 - 37.5 hours per week.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
