Projects Manager - North

Location: Southampton, York and Bradford – (on site)

What You’ll Do

• Manage procurement of equipment and subcontracted works
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships
• Support sales teams with technical advice, site visits, costings, and quotes
• Create project plans and resolve technical challenges
• Coordinate equipment, parts, and subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Oversee installation and commissioning of cooling systems
• Manage on-site teams and ensure safety and contract compliance
• Control project budgets and identify design issues early

Skills & Experience

• Background in project engineering or experience within the manufacturing or HVAC industry (advantageous)
• Strong project management capability with commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple fast-paced projects
• Confident in translating technical information for non-technical audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, positive mindset
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to Work in the UK
