A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking a commercially minded banking professional to join its specialist lending team as a Lead Commercial Analytics Manager.

This is an opportunity to move beyond pure analysis and play a key role in shaping portfolio performance, commercial strategy and senior decision-making.

You'll combine strong analytical capability with stakeholder engagement, using data and insight to influence business outcomes across a growing lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial returns
• Produce executive-level reporting and management information
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Customer functions
• Manage relationships with external lending partners
• Support strategic initiatives and portfolio growth

Skills & Experience

• Experience within banking, lending or financial services
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• Advanced Excel and exposure to Power BI, SQL or similar tools
• Experience communicating insights to senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Understanding of lending portfolios and commercial performance drivers

Mortgage experience is not essential. We welcome applications from professionals with experience across mortgages, loans, cards, consumer finance and wider lending portfolios.
