Innovation Director - #2093733

An exciting Innovation Director opportunity with a leading media agency is looking for a senior leader to drive innovation across a key retail partnership.

• Based in Bradford / Hybrid
• 2 days a week on-site with the client in Bradford
• Permanent role
• Start date: ASAP
• Up to £78,000 per annum

As the Innovation Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the innovation strategy and roadmap across a major retail account
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of innovation initiatives, from ideation through to execution
• Driving ecommerce transformation projects, including website optimisation, tagging, and media capabilities
• Acting as the senior client lead, managing key stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Developing new media capabilities across digital and physical channels, including first-party data and adtech solutions
• Identifying and delivering commercially viable innovation opportunities that meet client and business needs
• Leading and developing a team of 2-3 direct reports
• Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to bring innovation to life
• Managing a structured pipeline of activity with a clear 12-18 month roadmap

• Strong media, digital or ecommerce experience
• Experience working with retail or retail media is advantageous
• Confident client leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Highly reliable with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to drive projects forward and deliver in challenging environments
• Comfortable managing change and working with fast paced clients
• Curious, innovative thinker who is not afraid to explore new ideas
• Structured and organised, with strong planning capabilities
• Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
