About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting supporting learners aged 2–19 with a range of learning difficulties, including some with physical and medical needs.
Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you will play a key role in assisting pupils both in the classroom and with their personal development. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a rewarding and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning activities across the setting
- Assist with the personal care and individual needs of learners
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- A strong team player with excellent communication skills

- Willing to learn and develop professionally
Previous experience working with children or individuals with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
