£36,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday to Friday | 1 day working from home

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Project Coordinator to join a growing and successful business based in Shipley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, sales support, customer account management or customer operations who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving problems and improving processes.

A key focus of the role will be process improvement. You must be able to demonstrate examples of where you have identified an inefficient process, introduced improvements and successfully implemented changes that delivered a positive outcome.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer projects from initial order through to final delivery

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates throughout the project

• Liaise with Sales, Production, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure projects remain on schedule

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate project documentation

• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays and proactively resolve issues

• Coordinate specification or engineering changes and communicate updates to relevant teams

• Support Sales with quotations, order processing and customer enquiries

• Maintain CRM/ERP systems and produce project and sales reports

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and improve customer experience

About you:

• Previous experience in Project Coordination, Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Coordination or Customer Operations

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills

• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability

• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

• Proven experience of identifying and implementing process improvements

• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems

• Manufacturing, engineering or technical experience would be advantageous
