Part-time Rota & Staff Engagement Administrator

£14.36 per hour | 25 hours Monday-Friday - these hours may increase | Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

This role is all about managing staff rotas and ensuring shifts are covered across SEND programmes. Using Rotacloud, you'll schedule staff, advertise shifts, arrange cover for absences, and help ensure the right staffing levels are in place.

Key duties:

• Create and manage staff rotas
• Fill shifts and arrange sickness/holiday cover
• Liaise with managers on staffing requirements
• Build relationships with staff and answer rota queries
• Keep workforce records up to date
• Produce staffing reports and monitor staffing levels

Ideal background:

• Previous rota, scheduling or workforce planning experience
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

Experience in care, education, childcare, SEND or staffing coordination would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
