Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Bradford, supporting our customer, M&S. As a Senior HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of the company’s HR systems for site employees while providing support for the HR Advisors and the HR Manager with administrative tasks.

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Support management teams with first line support for ER cases ensuring GXO standards and HR best practice are upheld and applied throughout
• Ensure HR aspects of Boards are updated regularly including but not limited to: job adverts, HR communications
• Produce regular statistical reports on HR information for Head Office and Site Managers, such as secondments, maternity and paternity, probationary reviews
• Support development and roll out of HR system to site, to include training users to understand and use the system where necessary

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of producing accurate and complex employment/ contractual documentation and correspondence
• Ability to prioritise workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
• Basic HR advising in fast paced environment
• To be able to work to deadlines and within defined standards
