Full time FE English Lectuer needed for a Septembr the 7th start. Full time support a largee college in Bradford.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed FE English GCSE Lecturer to join our dedicated teaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced English teacher or lecturer who is passionate about helping students develop their literacy, communication and analytical skills, while supporting them to achieve their GCSE English qualifications.

As an FE English GCSE Lecturer, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive GCSE English lessons.
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations and assessments.
• Develop students' confidence in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
• Track progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of learners with different abilities and backgrounds.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and ambitious learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure students receive excellent teaching and support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience teaching GCSE English in a Further Education setting or a similar environment.
• Holds a relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification, or is working towards one.
• Has strong knowledge of the GCSE English curriculum and examination requirements.
• Is passionate about teaching and committed to improving outcomes for learners.
• Can build positive relationships with students and motivate learners to reach their potential.
• Has excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
