Sales & Office Administration Assistant

We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Sales & Office Administration Assistant to join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce our products to potential customers.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch.
• Provide general sales and office administration support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account management.
• Manage and prioritise tasks in a busy office environment.

About You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Previous telesales or office administration experience is desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems, Sage ACT or QuickBooks is an advantage.
