TeacherActive is proud to be working with private day nurseries in the LS13 area, providing welcoming Early Years environments where children can learn, play and develop. The settings are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants who can provide high-quality support throughout the nursery day.

The Nursery Assistant role will be on a day-to-day basis, supporting children across Early Years settings as required. The successful Nursery Assistant will help provide a safe and engaging environment for children, support daily activities and routines, and work effectively alongside existing nursery staff.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working with children
• Experience within an Early Years or nursery setting is desirable
• A good understanding of safeguarding and children's welfare
• A positive and caring approach to supporting children
• Reliability and adaptability
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with the willingness to get stuck in
