An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Business Manager to join a secondary school on a temporary basis.

This is a key leadership position within the school and requires a candidate who can quickly integrate into the team and effectively manage the school's business operations with minimal support.

• Oversee the school's financial management and budgeting processes
• Support strategic planning and school improvement initiatives
• Manage HR, premises, health & safety, compliance and operational functions
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
• Ensure efficient and effective business support across the academy

• Monday to Friday: 7:45am – 4:00pm
• Thursday SLT Meeting: 7:45am – 6:00pm

• Previous School Business Manager experience within a school or academy environment
• Strong understanding of school finance and budgeting
• Experience managing operational, HR and compliance functions
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
