Renewals Sales Executive - #2139583

Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an Insurance company based in BD10 Bradford who are looking for an experienced Renewal Sales Executive to manage and retain an established customer base.

This role would suit a relationship-focused salesperson who enjoys nurturing existing clients, securing renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving commercial targets.

• Full-time Permanent position
• Location: Bradford (BD10)
• Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (1 Hour Lunch)
• Holiday: 21 Days Including Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers throughout the year
• Conduct renewal discussions and present renewal quotations
• Prepare and issue renewal quotations through the company portal
• Set up customers on the online system
• Manage additional premiums and policy amendments
• Review absence history and claims information
• Chase outstanding payments where required
• Follow up renewal opportunities and enquiries
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
• Achieve renewal and retention targets
• Attend regular KPI and performance meetings
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the renewal process

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, account management, renewals, or customer retention
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to negotiate and close business effectively
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
• Good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
