As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial performance of multiple online channels, driving robust reporting, planning and commercial decision-making.

Description

• Provide financial analysis and challenge to drive profitability and maximise performance.
• Analyse promotional performance, pricing and operational efficiencies.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across the online channels.
• Present financial performance, insights and recommendations to senior executives.
• Produce accurate P&L, sales and margin reporting with clear performance commentary.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate complex data into actionable insight.
• Drive the centralisation of financial controls and reporting.
• Lead process improvements to create a more efficient and scalable finance function.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, especially within the retail industry.
• Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
• Confidence challenging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
