Hr Advisor - Employee Relations - #2142929

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an organisation on a temporary basis.

The Role:

• Managing complex grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance cases.
• Providing advice and guidance to managers throughout the employee relations process.
• Managing a high-volume caseload effectively, ensuring cases are progressed within appropriate timescales.
• Attending formal hearings and meetings, including at different organisational sites where required.
• Working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR processes are followed consistently and fairly.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring all HR processes comply with relevant policies and procedures.

About You

• Strong previous experience working as an HR Advisor/Employee Relations Advisor.
• Confident managing complex ER cases independently.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload and prioritise competing demands.
• Strong knowledge of grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance processes.
