Reed Further Education are currently working in partnership with a well-established college in Bradford to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Lecturer on a full-time temporary basis.

You'll be delivering engaging lessons, sharing your industry expertise, and helping learners develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into successful careers.
The Role
As an Early Years Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Early Years, Childcare and Education programmes.
- Teach and support learners studying at Level 1 and Level 2.
- Create engaging lesson plans and learning resources that inspire and motivate students.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables learners to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A relevant degree or significant vocational experience within Early Years, Childcare or Education.
- A full teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching within a Further Education setting.
- Experience delivering Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting learner success.
