The firm acts for a number of prominent clients and handles complex, high-value claims across a broad range of sectors.

As a result of continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join the team in Bradford.

This role will focus on the management of defendant Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims, covering fast-track matters, intermediate and multi-track litigation.

The firm offers strong supervision, structured support and robust case management systems to help you deliver an efficient and high-quality service to clients.

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience defending EL and PL claims.
• Proven experience managing multi-track claims valued up to £350,000, including cases progressing to trial.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of the DCP.
• Experience of High Court proceedings is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with multi-track budgeting would be advantageous.
