Looking for your next NHS contract opportunity? We're supporting an NHS organisation seeking a proactive and customer-focused Registration Agent to join their digital services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with NHS, IT support, Service Desk or Registration Authority experience who enjoys helping users, resolving technical issues and supporting secure access to critical healthcare systems.

The Role

You'll provide day-to-day support for registration and access management services across a busy NHS environment, ensuring users have the appropriate access to systems and applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting NHS staff with system access and account management
• Assisting with Registration Authority processes and procedures
• Verifying user information and maintaining accurate records
• Troubleshooting access and authentication issues
• Providing first-line technical support and guidance
• Liaising with colleagues across digital and operational teams
• Ensuring compliance with NHS information governance and security standards

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous NHS experience
• Registration Authority (RA) experience, ideally
• Service Desk, IT Support or Helpdesk experience
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using multiple IT systems and applications

• £110 per day

• Initial 3-month contract
